I WANT THIS TIMETABLE TO END!!!!... i still have econs to do.. and i have no energy at all to do it... my muscles giving me the spasms... raaawwwrr... i thought selstudy completely spoils days.. cos all i had to do in self study or rather could do in self study.. WAS SLEEP... end of story... so so so productive huh...

for now the forlorn thoughts that the days are over are so so so untrue... the new batch of "freshmen" are heading through our school gates.. i need to make more new friends which im not so much a master in... a new years coming and i have to focus to win this time round...

ONE THING... KANYE= CLASS IN WORDS... i have never seen another rapper/singer who can twist up lyrics like this man can... ESTELLE and KANYE are simply star class... american boy got me hooked... can never get this song off my mind.. i know he may talk a lot.. but he's a great songwriter and rapper no doubt...

JUST FINISHED MY CHEM!!!.. WOOHHOOO.. feel so happy.. so light so free... even though i still have history before me on my study table.. i deserve a pat on the back for being so hardworking right... even tried to research for my team for econs but in the end gave up cos im just too lazy to read...

P.S, coffeee really helps you to keep awake... its almost 12 and im not yet sleepy.. LOL.. guess its time to move on to chem... bowling news made me happy.. and drills today were intesive but it help me sharpen my otherwise blunt skills... =)

MONDAY!
went to my mums side of the family.. to my pohpoh's house to visit... i guess i'll let the pictures do the talking.. dressing up in new clothes and new shoes really made the day.. haha... saw the cute little nephew liam there at the house... and looking at leighton growing up so fast puts a smile on my face also...

then it was back to my place for a rest bite.. before heading off to chilterns where we watched this super funny dvd of the china people attempting to learn chinses befoe the beijing 08 olympics.. SUPER HILARIOUS.. i dont know where my auntie got this cd from but it was crazily funny... they showed this chinese policeman talking in 6 different languages.. wow.. and they put their kids through intesive english lessons before the olympics poor kids...

BACK HOME after chiltern and it was super crowded at home... all the hustle and bustle and people start to come to visit us.. =))... everyone was here.. some people i knew and some didnt... remarks as usual thrown here and there..

I WISH KELLY all the best in her NJC application.. after hearing how she doesnt want to go to ACJC.. lol.. =)

then it was playing monopoly with my parents and my siblings.. TILL 1 AM... 0.0.. me and dad ended up in a close race that we decided should end cos our minds wanted us to relax.. haha

TUESDAY!
honestly today wasnt much... stayed at home the whole day cos i wasnt supposed to go visiting... =/... all the mourning traditions... so i slept till 12.30!.. haha... dreamt about a lot of crazy stuff... how i was becoming a manager of disney world in orlando... and how there was a tyrant of a canteen uncle in our school... x))..

oh well... i did my econs work... trying to finish my maths now.. and then study or chem.. guess i have loads of work to do... BLAH!...

went playing bball and cycle to the bball courts and back... with my family... quite ulu the courts cos it was the second day of the new year and everyone was busy visiting

the angpao money i got is enough for the new bowling ball i was thinking of getting... so i think i'll be sharing a locker with chad in time to come... =))TILL ANOTHER DAY PEOPLE.. im gaining weight.. have to start more intesive marathon training sessions..

church service was magnificently stoney.. i dont know why i like to stone early in the morning.. maybe the lack of sleep was partly to blame... haha that was a ROFL moment... oh well.. i guess i never expected to see an old friend in morning service.. we chatted on the way out and i found out that she's in tjc now...smart girl.. we used to be really close friends.. same tuition together... liked the same food... loved nuggets to the core.. haha.. but that was all the past.. she changed A LOT.. and i still find talking to her really easy.. KEEP IN CONTACT JES!

REUNION LUNCH NUMBER TWO.. yah i had two reunion meals one yesterday and one today... this time was with my dads side of the family which im closer to... what got me thinking was the heart to heart talk with my cousin kelly while trying to teach her guitar..i must admit im not that great a teacher... hehe.. we ended up talking about how guys are a bunch of predictable people but actually dont understand the complicated minds of girls.. and believe me i didnt know i knew that much until i started thinking about how i understood the reactions guys have to girls and girls to guys... haha...

okay have to go watch hereos...i notice i have been posting everyday on my blog since the new year started.. and i look at the J2'S in my school mugging and stressing themselves over tests and homework.. i feel really guilty.. even though it shouldnt be a feeling on my mind.. but really i wish all my j2 friends all the best.. esp the 1s18 girls.. =)

LACOSTE!... hahahahahah... all right lah.. finally got a new pair of shoes... my adidas tennis casuals ripped a whole on the bottom of the shoe... went to ngee ann city and got new pair of white lacostes!... booyeah!...i just realised lacoste shoes SUPER SEXY.. but not really in price range for casual shoes.. lucky mum and dad were there to sponsor them..

M.O.D... i finally mastered what i thought was totally imasterable... method of difference!.. woohhoo.. mr ng taught us this sure fire method... totally can inderstand now... if we dont know who we are we'll never know whats happening!... and i just realised that SR retainees work the hardest among all schools...

REUNION DINNER!.. with my mums side of the family today.. aboslutely great... the mushimi beef whatever that was ... was WWOOOOOHHOOO... steam... and the rest of the meats were crazily good... always love reunion dinner and steam boats... =)) especially the grilling part.. can never stop.. LOL...

theres one more tomorow with my closer fathers side of the family.. but its gonna be an unorthadox reunion LUNCH.. haha... cant wait.. .food food food... mmaaannn... all the training for marathon work going down the drain...

HALF DAY CNY DAY.. thats why im so ecstatic.. GOT TO SLACK THE WHOLE DAY... huat ah!... finished school round 11... boring lion dance made me yawn... at least teakwondo was wonderful the flying kicks and the board breaking action.. proud of my cousin up there man!... three unknown people came to sing on stage with the chorale... totally boring and they flat out cant sing together... overall... celebrations were barely a blast...

bowling with alton bh ianson!... after everything ended i got to destress at the alleys... ALL THE WAY MAN... i think i finally mastered consistency.. except the crappy last game i wouldve averaged three digits everytime... all right lah!...

HEROES... SEASON 1 CHAPTER 7 AND 8...i got to watch those chapters beofore i went out... the stories getting more and more intense.. AND SYLAR IS KEEPING THE HEAT UP.. cheers to sylar and his evil cutting off head crappiness!..

went out with the NUM people... my bunch of buddies.. chloe, sherms, sash, ger, fabs, bry and jay... it was great fun in gardens... at cafe cartel.. WE GOT DRUNK ON WATER.. eh wait... fabien got drunk on water... haha.. Noob!.. we reached at 6 ate till 7.45.. i think the waiters think we were some no life fools... had a nice fish fillet thing.. and cranberry ice blended!...

YF today was as usaual... siyan just booked out from camp and came to yf.. pretty happy to see him back safe and sound.. AND MORE BUFFED!.. haha... veins all coming out k dont play play... he said his bed at tekong better than his house bed... life must be pretty decent there man!.. haha.. the bald siyan looked like the original si yan...

SAVE THE CHEERLEADER SAVE THE WORLD.. why do women always need saving why are women always the damsel in destress in series and movies.. its what my gp lecturer pointed out today and hoestly its quite true... portrayal women as always or most of the time needing help from the men is stereo typical...

tired to the power of 286! =(

the suns glaringly hot... beaming down on me as i raced back home to get my ball.. even the field in SR was giving out heat rays cos of that madly hot sun... it totally drained me of my enthuness to go for bowling... tiredness set in.. i didnt want to do anything but rest and relax at my comfy sofa... buuuuttt i need to improve in my bowling tech's and bowlings one of my loves... IM SERIOUSLY TIRED TO THE CORE OF THE EARTH MAN... tired mentally.. tired physically...

LESSON AFTER LESSON AFTER LESSON.. i couldnt take it after chem already seriously... econs seemed to pass super slowly and the room was really stuffy and hot.. i stared out into the sun but was forced to look back cos it was that glaring...

bowling was great fun and killed off all the initial reluctance... i scored 142 and i was super ecstatic at my ever improving average score!...baik... second game was 120...

then i had to drop my bag off for a guitar lesson i was less enthusiastic about... GIVE ME A BREAK WILL YOU!.. im just a retainee.. it seems like we're taking the a's man... what a packed timetable and a tired me... lucky tomorows h1.. not ill DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH...

aching all over.. will be watching heroes now and hope to survive the day tomorow... DEAR LORD PLEASE HELP ME.. i almost cant take this... read jelena's blog and its quite true... CNY = JC LIBERATION! ... haha

DAY 1 killed...and so did day 2

TODAY WAS NOT AS TIRING AS YESTERDAY.. todays timetable was pretty slack to be honest... had gp for the first period.. and it was boring most of the time so i zoned out... history after that with mr mark wong was eally interesting.. got to learn a lot and i found out that it may be one subject i'll be interested to study for... WATCHED VANTAGE POINT.. nicceee movie... the three perspectives where a really intersting look into the assisination of the president... then it was a 2.5 hours worth of break.. i tried doing my work in the library.. but seriously was zoning off most of the time... self study didnt really help much either...

P.E ran 8 rounds round the super crazily hot track... 3.2km.. the sun was burning.. the sun was killing... soccer after that with our group splittin into two.. when we kicked off no one wanted to move a muscle and scolded by mr lim.. so in the end it was a pretty enthu match... then we split it into guys vs girls... which was ROFL funny... guys were only allowed one touch passes to give the girls a chance.. ONE TOUCH.. super hard... so we had to play m.u style... short passes.. i didnt know the score but we had a good time on the new field and two casualties.. haha... (and plmgs girls the present ones have some respecting issues to sort out.. and courtesy issues)

then i met up with chloe at kovan... she said she wanted to head back to st nicks to grab some stuff from her junior...
Chloe- "hey dan! after coming back to kovan i dont feel like going back to stnicks liao lah"

ME-"okay.. then dont go lah!" -grins cos i didnt want to go too!-

Chloe-"ok ok then dont go lah.. haha... ST NICKS STILL TOPPED THE O LEVELS!"

ME- "Like montfort ever will..."

she was totally random.. but she was right.. i hope montfort topped the o's one day... COS IM BORN AND BRED MONFORTIAN!... =))we ended up slacking at macs befor ei sent her home and headed back for dinner...

AARGGGHH.. chem assignment and redox still yet to be done... ive got to get down to doing these things.. and reading up on econs also..and the SAJC paper... maaaannn the life of retainees.. =/

i was talking to yourong a few mins ago about issues that causes our present life to be that sucky... i hope he recovers soon.. and he has got to be stronger cos this yeras crucial man.. i dont know if he'll see this but im wishing him all the best... just leave it to the Lord! =)

TIRED... MENTALLY PHYSICALLY.. today was totally crappy... 3 hour one shot chemistry and econs really killed me... AND PE.. run 5 km... waaaahhhh... so long havent been running still want me to run.. killer man... i honestly walked for most of it.. SO EARLY TRAIN FOR WILLRUN.. madness.. mr teng is supposed to be our pe teacher.. you know how madly fit the guy is.. and how he loves to ask students to run... arrghhh...feel like skipping the whole of this week..

lessons were fine... i got mostly new teachers... and i thought the econs teacher though frustrated at our dont know econs attitude still did very well in teaching.. =))i totally understood what i didnt about demand and supply.. yah yah you must think im some slow kid right... so long since i touched econs.. rusty... miss liu teaching us chem was great as well... interesting teaching style...

OKAY IM SHAGGED... i didnt go bowling in the end cos of my injured arm.. i hope it gets better by wed.. i want to get back to training..AND I CANT WAIT FOR CNY... REALLY...

woohhooo... im really happy united won the K.S bolton... the double helix side (i never noticed till lynn mentioned that the bolton sign had a double helix ROFL)... they totally defended like free... but manutd won eventually with breaking class from tevez and berba... when giggs and scholes came in they kicked it up a gear.. sheer managerial expertise from the old man... ALRIGHT LAH!.. =)

lesson in church was really really fun!... water bomb minefield game turning into a water bomb fest.. haha.. oh well what would we do without the creativity of uncle xavier huh.. the floor was totally covered in water but it was great fun

sermon was less interesting.. but pastor yap delivered a really mind provoking sermon today.. and also gave a really nice story to suggest subtly that women were not made for driving.. if you want to know the story come and find me i'll tell you.. haha.. i found it intersting that old time people liked to emphasize on the things by repeating the same thing... IMAGINE IF WE DO THAT NOW...

soccer after church was fun as usual.. NOW WE GET TO PLAY ON THE ROOF... wooots... the fence finally put up... i think the roof alwasy has the nice ambience for soccer.. a cool place to chillax (chill and relax)... scored one goal and it was all that mattered!.. haha.. dinner was after that at astons in serangoon gardens.. i had the crispy chicken!.. aboslutely to die for.. =)) saw miss au there also... she somehow recognized me even though she doesnt teach me .. LOL

thanks sam for lending me his harddisk.. now i have a new game to play.. and also HEROES SEASON 2 AND 3!!... wwoooohhhooo...SCHOOLS TOMOROW.. and guess what.. i havent done my school homework yet.. i better get down to doing chem before i get screwed... =)

mannn.. today was pretty stunning.. as in really ... i had eye appointment with dr yeo and the friendly staff people at apple eye centre.. its like they always know when im coming.. esp jenny.. haha.. oh well.. i was there with dad and i was thinking this was just another routine checkup... but guess what.. after dr yeo checked and checked twice.. he sia my right eye the operated eye was well and recovering pretty fine.. BUT my left eye.. the unoperated okay eye has some holes and scratches in them that might lead to retina detatchment and we have to laser right away to avoid any mishaps... I WAS SUPER SHOCKED.. i thought in my mind whether i have to go through the painful eye patching process but he says the lasering will only take abut 10 mins and it wont hurt much... true enough even though the brightness caused my eyes to constantly tear.. it was over in a matter of minutes and my eye is better again!.. the wonders of modern technology.. I REALLY NEED TO TAKE MORE CARE OF MY EYES... that means more eye drops to keep it moist! and carrots!..(it costs a whopping 1000 bucks for the lasering!)

then i went back for lunch beofre tuition.. tuition was as usual... but i coulodnt focus today.. cos of the recently lasered eye... then i totally forogt where i put my stuff my notes and all... and i went there empty handed.. how smart... oh well it was productive and i learnt quite a lot despite stoning off at times..

SHOPPING was after that... tiring stuff.. i cant shope for more than 3 hours honestly.. i will die... mentallly and physically.. oh oh an di dropped by HMV to get FOLIE A DEUX the new fallout boy album.. i'm listening to it now... =) bought one long sleeve shirt and a polo tee and a pair of berms for the new years at metro.. spotted a cool and BIG adidas duffle bag at OG which was only 40 bucks plus 10 percent off!.. THEN HOME SWEET HOME..

tiring stuff... i promise my eyes that i will rest them well from now on... ITS NOT FUN HAVING HERIDITARY THIN RETINA'S... =/...

FOLIE A DEUX! =)

nooonoonnooo... not studying again.. haha

TODAY MARKS THE LAST DAY OF CIP... and in the coming weeks STUDYING will happen in the school... the timetables out and im so not looking forward going to school on monday... cos we end at 5 almost everyday day except for cca days... THAT DOESNT ROCK... im in a combi im pretty familiar with except for the history part that im new to.. and looking at all the classes with the temp classmates... i think ive gotten the better classes cos i actually know at least three people in the group.. which is a sigh of relief... but the way they plan the classes super confusing... took me half an hour to figure the thing out and scribble it on my notebook...

ling kwang home has been on eheck of an experience.. and for the two days that i didnt blog about ling kwang home..
DAY 3-
i talked with a 90 year old ahma and found out that i really can communitcate with the elderly... the refelctions afterward were really useful in setting my mind on never letting my parents into an old folks home.. SO I'LL STUDY EXTRA HARD!... i promise... this ahma was really thoughtful and i could really get along with her.. each wrinkle on her face represented the hard times she can never take off her mind... KIDS SUPPORT YOUR PARENTS.. dont leave them in homes like that to wait death.. its just not right at all..

DAY 4-
WASHED WHEELCHAIRS... aarrgghhh... its the most dirty and tiring thing that we had to do of all the days.. and the guys had to wash all the 400 wheelchair they claimed... reinforcements from the girls came only later but by then we were hlaf dead trying to clean the dirt off wheelchairs.. i remb marcus was trying to ask me help him pour off some diluted crap on the back pocket of the wheelchair and i was cringing at the back of my stomach while pouring the stuff onto the drain... IT WAS FUN... cos we got to slide around barefooted in soapy water and get ourselves wet.. but it was tiring man... way tiring...

BOWLING TODAY WAS GREAT... i finally got back to basics and did pretty well mastering it... my second game at 9th frame was 143... so yay.. another high score to be proud of...

my mum is asking me... pestering me everyday to go and apply for a poly place.. and to be honest.. I DONT WANT TO!.. i have absoultely no idea what in the world i want to do in poly.. what i want to be in the future.. it just sucks pressuring myself to choose a course when all im focusing on is my jc education.. IM A JC PERSON im not the kind who knows what he wants early...damn.. spare me of this stress..

LING KWANG HOME (day2)

another day in school.. another CIP day... today we had to visit the lederly home again.. this time to interact with the guys.. the uncles... guys being guys.. we crapped about the possiblility that we would proabably be left one corner while all the old uncle enjoy the company of the girls... hilarious and crazy how we would think like that... like all ahpehs are chee-ko-pehs(perverse uncles)...

i was assigned to one uncle who was called uncle lim... cant really remb his name.. lim ah peng i think.. haha..when i first wanted to push him down and i knew they had to have footrests on their wheelchairs when i realised that he didnt have any legs... the man was really inspirational.. he's a nice friendly guy who got abandoned by his 4 kids... he say that this is the place where they go to to wait for death... TRAGIC isnt it... i really understood deeply how they feel when no one comes to visit them... they suffer in loneliness... even though on the outside they look really happy playful and cheerful.. deep inside they long for someone kin to them to come and see them... come and lay concern on them.. uncle lim is a cheerful and nice uncle.. who stopped school when he was 12 cos his father didnt have money for him to study in Singapore...

then after doing some morning excercises with the patients in the garden... which we all got really high about... even the uncles on the seocnd floor dancing like no tomorow... really funny... everyone got high dancing and the uncles were really having a blast..

after morning excercise was playing ball games with the uncles and i realised that even though theyre uncles.. old on the exterior.. theyre really young at heart... and really fun to watch them play and interact with us... i think we tried our best to play with them... UNCLE LIM can be a proffesinal tennis player man... arms better than the pro body builders!.. haha

we then had a tour around the block followed by visiting of the 106 year old lady!... she's so strong.. can walk can talk and can drink.. as in really drink... we took a group photo with her and the teachers and the staff all showing the peace sign... the oldest ahma in ling kwang home... wow i cant imagine living till such an old age... really

bowling training was pretty bleh... rusty skills... havent had formal training for many weeks now.. and my bowling is as good as deproving.. but i got back to basics today and tried my best... averaging just past 100...

chloe and sherms open house went really well... congrats!.. haha..sory i couldnt be there.. but i advertised ok... LING KWANG HOME !

today was CIP with my retainee bunch of friends... TO LING KWANG HOME!.. and it will be for the next what... 3 days... it was honestly a meaningful experience... and even though im not that good with the old folks i tried my best to communicate with the old lady i was assigned to... then it really struck me esp when we helpe dthe old people in their morning excercise routine.. they were really blessed and happy in this nursing home... there was an ahma beside me shouting "ONE TWO THREE FOUR FIVE SIX SEVEN" very happily and all my friend could do was smile cos she was absolutely cute.. haha... shocking to see elder wee at the home as well when we were about to leave...

i learnt a lot today... esp how to communicate with the elderly folks.. even though im one of the best teochew speakers among my cousins.. i struggled trying to ask questions to the ahma.. but still i think i tried my best to be as friendly as possible... x)she's 83 years old and still going strong.. how i admire her and her strength... the way she did her morning excercise.. i would never imagine she'd be that old... she said she married late so she only had a husband.. no children and no kids... then i asked her curious to know if anyone ever visited her.. she said "yah alot of people come to visit me... students like you... my husband... my friends".. and she also told me that all they had at the home was beehoon or kwaytiao very sian.. haha

if she could live to a ripe old age and be so strong why cant i live my youth years well and be as strong as her?... the trip really gave me some precious moments to reflect esp when the guys were helping to decorate the place wiht hanging fishes and lanterns... kudos to max who did most of the climbing on ladders.. haha..

even though its supposed to be the most slack of all the CIP projects.. but i think its the most heart warming and fufilling one.. i cant wait to meet more residents at the home.. to learn more from them.. and gain inspiration to live life much more to the fullest...

TOMOROWS SAJC OPEN HOUSE!... im suppose to advertise for shermaine and chloe.. =)) its from 12noon to 6pm... SATURDAY!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY.. =)
we first had dinner at the fairmont market plaza.. a sumptuous dinner buffet... then it was AG for my parents... but we got donw to presenting presents for our dearest mummy late in the night... PICTURES!





HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY!.. im just lazy to upload te rest... we gave my mother of course heavily sponsored by my dad.. a polarized AMRMANI sunglasses.. cos she lost hers.. costs a bomb... 230 bucks to be exact... but my mum liked it... =)

SUNDAY!
I dont really know why.. but on that day.. i was just absolutely exhausted.. especially in church.. it really showed... i stoned off during postor eddys lecture... but it was pretty interesting esp the PAI LIM story he told us.. pastor eddy was in a school full of gangsters.. which reminded me of montfort and of all the dear friends i miss back in sec school.. =) inspirational stuff...

MONDAY!
today's the start of yet another school year that we're about to go through.. and if i remember faiz told me this.. "you'll soon find out how "fun" being a retainee is"...i went to school on a lighthearted note hoping to meet new friends and of course get the day over and done with...

i was walking to school listening to my ipod when i missed a step on the pavment.. AND SPRAINED MY ANKLE.. it was awfully pain but i held on and crossed the road... decided to walk it off since it doesnt seem like much... BUT NOW IT HURTS REAL BAD.. my dad gave me a rub just now and it was pianful really painful...PAVEMENTS...

school today was absolutely bleh... sitting in the LT going through talk after talk... LIFE COULD NEVER BE MORE "INTERESTING"... first it was the PC head.. then principal... then disc master.. then year head... it just went on and on...

THE REVAMPED CANTEEN LOOKS LIKE A BADLY DONE MAKEOVER... and the seat are lesser now despite the principal claiming that more people will be coming into SR... but the SAC looks like a place to study.. =) no more smell so gay would definitely consider going there.. LOL... saw alot of my ex classmates in school today.. .looking like theyre living their j2 lives well... ALL THE BEST to all of them...

LING KWANG HOME CIP tomorow and i really dont feel like going.. =/.. i dont work that well with the old folks... oh well, its supposed to be rewarding so i guess ill give it a go..

1S-18 OUTING...haha well its probabaly not a 1s18 outing cos only 8 of us went to minds cafe... walked around aimlessly when i reached bugis cos lynette was busy sleeping and jelena shuxian and kyna all waiting for her... so i decided to shop my mum something for her birthday... popped by this cool gift shop.. THE NBC SHOP!.. at bugis junction.. it was pretty nice there.. a lot of stuff for you to D.I.Y as birthday gifts... i thought it would probably be cool and touching to diy my mum a gift so i bought a box and necklace string to do a necklace for her.. HOPE SHE LIKES IT!.. =)surpirisingly saw gareth there at the shop with his cousin and his mum... we chatted about how even though we retained we would own next year!... haha

then i met up with shuxian and jelena... realised how sucky shaw cinemas are.. when kyna finally came and we headed to MINDS CAFE at purvis street!.. minds cafe seriously nice... great place to hang out.. we played TABOO... i teamed up with jelena and i found out that i was pretty good at that game.. x))...

LAUREL, TAMMY, LILIN AND ANGELA came after a while.. and we decided to play SNORTA!.. this stupid board game where you have to call on peoples animal names... haha.. im so bad at memorising and reactions... thats my achilles heel man.. so i got pwned by the girls..and i almost got the whole deck of cards... =/

BIG TABOO! next... pretty fun game.. we had to guess all the words... 3 categories.. 15 words, classic taboo, or use purple monster to decribe the word... haha.. HILARIOUS!...

DINOSAUR BONE GAME... FUNNNN!!.. that was the best game i had to admit.. even though i got the first forfeit.. shout i love singapore while standing on a chair to the WHOLE cafe... talk about embarrasment.. KYNA TAMMY AND JELENA still have forfeits to be done... CHEAT!.. haha.. i got two full sets of cards and it was pretty heated affair.. till we had to stand up... like some gambling den.. x))

then me kyna jelena and tammy were left... soooo we decided to head to suntec to toysrus windowshop and makan.. who wouldve known we decided to act like some cheena tourists and go to touch the fountain of wealth.. FUNNY STUFF.. circled about it 3 times like all CHEENA TOURISTS would..

IT WAS A NICE DAY WITH MY CLASSMATES... WHICH KEEPS ME HARPING ON THE FACT THAT IM SERIOUSLY GONNA MISS THIS CLASS.. 1S18 YOU MADE 2008 =)..

9th Jan
TODAY!... i went studying with marcus... saw jelena and takkin there studying also.. didnt know she was that hardworking.. haha.. today was pretty unproductive for me... lazing off... stoning off.. and still hating APGP.. =)

then i met up with steph... cos peiyi was really really late.. she came round 3.30... so we decided not to go to the open house cos its closing and its ULU.. haha... cant blame people for not wanting to come to SRJC.. well i tried asking my friends to come ok rohith and sorry i had to ps you today haha... BUT SRJC ROCKS... honestly you wont know till you come to SR!.. =)

met kev at the pool tables and pooled for quite a while before amos came and peiyi left... pool was pretty fun.. even though its not my niche sport x).. then i rushed back to grab my guitar and go for guitar class..

uncle geof taught me a lot today... the fact that guitar needs to played with passion.. and what a capo actually is for... ive learnt alot through the years... =)

TODAY.. full day outing with the yf'ers and in particular... SIYAN!.. haha.. his last few days before going army .. all giving him special treatment..

met amos kevin and siyan at kovan for a little lunch.. which wasnt even lunch cos i drank milo and kev drank iced tea.. LOL.. but amos had a meal... then we decided to head to my house to pick up my ball followed by some bowling!... bowling was unexpectedly 'ULU' no one else there except us for most of the time... i bowled like crap today... only averaged 80 points... while the mainman siyan owned us all with his bowling skills.. haha... then we decided to watch amos play the machine pickup toy thing... without much success... x)) but it was only 1 turn...

then POOL!... saw chad and david while we were getting a table... both of them ponned maths... slackers... pool was pretty fun... all amos' jump shots were pretty skilled... 1 accurate the other not so accurate but pretty good...=) siyan as usual owned us in pool.. won all the first 4 games with different pairings... but i ended up winning only 4 games out of the 7... LUCK LUCK..

headed to my house to slack a while and play a little basketball down at the CC.. a lot of people wanted to challenge us.. seriously i dont know why.. we werent getting much of the balls in.. haha... x)after like half an hour of bball.. we headed back to my house to slack some more and then went for PRATA!... gluttons... hungry lah didnt have lunch.. and the prata seemed pretty tempting!..

we scooted off to vivo to meet sam martin feli and jm who were sitting there waiting for us... ps-the prata made us late!-... then steph came.. then matt py and uncle xavier... we carls juniored....as usual me and amos ordered a meal to share and a burger each... it was great fun to sit with those bunch of friends and laugh(which uncle xavier did so well) and eat some great food!... it was a filling dinner... and the expereiments that jm did with mixing all the drinks and making us guess what was in it... yeah we had a ball at carls... and alot of fries all courtesy of uncle xavier buying 3 EXTRA PACKETS!.. now im still stuffed full of potatoes!.. haha..

after dinner matt feli uncle xavier and mart left.. so it was down to the 8 of us sitting under the "starlit" roof of vivo city.. talked and ate some jelly beans!... THANKS AMOS FOR THE VIETNAM WIFE... ill display it in front of my table so everytime i study ill see her.. HAHA.. ohhh ohh and we kept looking at some girl riding on a camel... saying how she rides it UP AND DOWN!...yeah our sick minds man... our sick minds

ARCADE-ing as they say.. was next... timezone.. we played that funky basketball game thing.. and me and py didnt do so well but it was worth the try LOL.. AND AIR HOCKEY!..super fun man.. and very destressing... close fight bwtween me and amos... 6-5!... haha...

AND IM BACK HOME SHAGGED.. and also wishing siyan all the best for his NS on friday... you know the two years will pass by fast.. and after you.. comes me!.. haha.. ALL THE BEST DING SI YAN! TAKE CARE..

well i actually looked at a few new templates for my blog... but im seriously too lazy to change my terrific blog skin... haha.. i guess i will on the 4th of feb... my 1 year anninversary.. haha(of blogging!)

school starts on the 12th.. which is one week from now.. and ive vowed to at least start something... and you can guess with my characteristic comes slacking naturally.. I PLANNED TO DO ECONS TODAY.. and guess what.. i ended up watching the new will smith movie online... SEVEN POUNDS.. talk about digression...SEVEN POUNDS IS HONESTLY AN INTERSTING MOVIE.. will smith acts as an agent working for the govt... trying to block out his past memories of his dead wife.. he ends up finding a girl whom he truly loves while working for the IRAS.. and this girl ends up to have only 6 weeks left and the love of his life... NICE AND HEART WARMING ISNT IT?.. not really eye capturing but worth watching just cos will smith totally nailed the role!...7/10



BEDTIME STORIES.. i also watched this movie not long ago... online... this movie's starring adam sandler.. the best comedian there is.. his dry and high humour makes for a great laugh.. and this heartwarming stroy is really out of the ordinary.. 8/10... really entertaining and will definitely keep you hooked to you screens.. THE CHILDREN CONTROL THE STORY NOT THE ADULTS.. =)

HOLLWOOD STUDIOS... otherwise known as the smallest land of lands in the huge world of disney orlando!... haha...but the hat was hard to resist since im not much atree person...so we decided to skip animal kingdom to come here.. and it was worth every single moment... =)

you can see from our terrified faces if you zoom in on the picture below that this was THE SCARIEST RIDE... i have ever sat on... the haunted lift sactuary befoe i went in already scared me to bits and i was having second doubts about going on this ride... but since we're in u.s what the heck give it a go... AND "AAAAAAAHHHHH" we went... AND "AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!" WE CAME... the drops and rises in the supposedly hounted lift was enough to kill a light hearted person... AWESOME!

DINNER AT AA'S and WENT OUT WITH SOMEONE SPECIAL

i went out with her again today.. we went to watch that jim carey show... YES MAN!... haha... it was ROFL that funny.. roll on floor laughing worthy... =) she was laughing like mad (lucky i was holding the popcorn)... jim carey back to his all time best... CLASSIC JIM CAREY... particularly the first part... "I KNOW YOURE IN THE STORE" "NOOO IM NOT! ITS JUST A GUY THAT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE ME.." HILARIOUS...i give this movie a resounding 8/10!..

lunch was great with her around... i dont think the conversation ever stopped with her... she wanted to be healthy so so so i suggested LONG JOHN SILVERS!.. cos i was craving for some long johns then i didnt know why... she gave me that -long johns is not healthy!- smirk but agreed anyway... thats why i like her... then we mrted to kovan where i had to collect some photos change out of my jeans into something more comfortable before i met amos at gardens... =)) (she was with me all the way!) she had to leave with her friends 10 mins before amos arrived and he was pretty sad he couldnt get to see her.. HAHA he was late...

then it was dinner at auntie angela's place... almost everyone came!... which is something rare for us.. one of those rare fridays... melissa py martin kev matt jianzhi jm sy sirui amos sam josh zach felicia.. yeah everyone... came... and dinner was sumptios... the food was delicious... and we had a good time talking and making fun of each other which is what guys normaly do... x)..

SIYANS leaving for NS in a weeks time and i wish him all the best... but looking at the guy.. so fit and all.. im sure ns will pass for him without much worries because he'll probably be fit enough to endure all the running... =) YF will be 1 less person now that he's gone and will probably get cancelled a lot unless more people start to come... he's gonna need all the prayers he can get!

i found a something new!

hey... THIS IS OFFICIALLY THE FIRST POST OF 2009!... as they always say.. "2009 is the worlds hangover day"... thats why its a public holiday... haha... SO GET OVER THOSE HANGOVERS.. cos its a new year up ahead that none of us knows will be a great one or something thats worth mourning over... and if youre still mourning over how crappy 2008 was... look forward cos it cant get any worse..especially if youre caught in the recession... TRUST IN GOD HE ALWAYS HAS A PLAN...

had a reunion new year lunch with my dads side of the family today... its always great to be with them... my two cousins and my uncles and auntie... they really cheer me up... THANKS FOR ALL THE PRESENTS!... =)

i met up with sherms fabien and bryant are night... for a little coffee and some cake... AND IT WAS GREAT MEETING UP WITH THESE PEOPLE.. thanks for the presents as well guys!... didnt know you all would be so thoughtful.. i always think you all were the best company a normal person could ever wish for... i spent about 2 hours with you all plain talking...
