the weather is so nice right now!... i just woke up from a great 2 hours worth of sleep.. and i feel really alert and refreshed.. =) i love the after rain cooling weather... there's going to be tons of work to do.. and i better get down to doing it...

pe today was interesting!... talking about sports injuries and stuff.. it really taught me how to handle those small injuries and that a good warm up and warm down's essential to stop these injuries and help stretch out your muscles for the activity ahead.. i've started planning how to run the upcoming sundown marathon.. i think i can make it but i dont know if ill make it at my predicted 6 hour timing.. the 10km run 2km stop method is probably what ill go for, but i havent actually tried full distance yet.. i guess i will soon...

THE MORE I LOOK AT A MACBOOK THE MORE I WANT ONE!.. the interface is the coolest ive ever seen in laptops.. and the macintosh systems rarely hangs which is why i like it.. and the graphics displays are in total high definition, which makes watching heroes and viewing photos all the more fun!...

okay enough of my unlimited wants... ECONS!!!.. haha... im just seriously addicted these days to the facbook game... BOWLING BUDDIES!.. haha its very fun!.. you can try if you dont believe me.. you just wont stop!... x))
