Reunion dinner yesterday was a bast!!!.... My mum's side of the family came over for an early reunion dinner... the atmosphere was great and steamboat always is great ;)... looking at little sophie's reaction when her parents ask her to smile or when auntie hazel talks to her on skype and how she's looking on curiously at the screen in front of her makes me smile.. this small girl is a climber, she climbed the steps up and down more than 10 times and still wanted to even after her parents wanted her to go home cos its her bedtime... little kids sometimes can bring a smile to your face just because they're so innocent and happy with what they have... she was the highlight of the reunion dinner giving everyone that ear to ear grin and that high 5... :D had a great time yesterday

Shopping this afternoon was great too! finally got all things i needed for the new year.. that's what i love about chinese new year, you get new clothes and new shoes :D and the company of your family especially the extended family you haven't seen for ages is heartwarming too.. :D I want chinese new year to come faster!

This weekend gave me a well needed rest from the busy routine of jc life.. now all is go to school come back do my work and go to bed.. maybe the occasional 2 days when i get to go for cca... the rest of the week is just jam packed with studying and work.. and its only been what 1 month... I need to keep having faith in myself and in what i do and hopefully God will see me through..

Today's sermon saw pastor talking about counterfeit christianity and how we routine rituals wont strengthen your faith if you don't believe in God.... I just think pastor yap brings about another dimension of christianity everytime he stands on that podium and speaks his sermon... God was there today
