bring the doldrums people!

I GOT 40 RANK POINTS FOR THE MIDS!.. woooo! no parents night for me.. =D that was my initial target, to avoid parents night and I did with point to spare so im happy with myself a lot.. though i knew i couldve done so much better with some subjects like econs and chem.. i still felt it was a valiant effort under the study little circumstances.. =D from last years 4 points to this years 40 points, 4x10=40!.. lol im happy with the progress ive made and im happy that ive come this far.. PRAISE THE LORD!

What has been done cannot always be undone but what's in the future is only left to be done... Its the future we hold in our hands and if we choose to toss it aside and procrastinate then we're doomed to failure.. to all those in my class who got single digits or below 35 points... I really hope we all dont give up hope since we've come so far into jc life... we shall push on and promote as 1s26 like what mr tan said... I can see that everyone is trying their best but dont loose hope because the next move is yours and the ball is in your court.. (esp. pet! =D)

What a day its been... every results brings about a different blow.. somehow the measure of how well you do is not with other peoples achievements and failure but rather how your effort has rewarded you... I know there are times you just think you're a total mishap, a failure in every sense of the word.. but people just arent optimistic enough... to look at things in persective and think, i did my best so i should be happy with myself...

expectations hopes and a false sense of comfort

Todays the first day of school.. and honestly, I had to drag my unwilling and sleep deprived self to school today... But it was a great school day as usual, cos gp was cancelled because of AYG torch relay in our school leaving the poor j1's to tan under the merciless afternoon sun... It was great being able to come back to school to hang out with the friends and the class that is always close my heart... talking crap, laughing at jokes, realising we're all in this together, thats what makes me go to school every single day... one of the motivations that push me on... I didnt even feel the monday blues at all cos i only had 3 lessons, oe P.E lesson which was full fledged briefing and 2 lectures.. and its home sweet home.. =DDD

I HATE THE NEW TIMETABLE!...

All smiles and deception.. from what my friends say and from what i hear, i feel im loosing you completely... from your perfect smile to your petite figure.. all i know and see is your warm character.. with each passing moment as we become better friends, i can only hope that we become more than that.. but the light at the end of the tunnel looks dim and only to hope i can cling... the feelings i have for you is so strong that i cant deny it,only "truths" and "half truths" can hide it.. I know from last year till, you're smitten by that man, but i hope you feel that sincerity that i posses.. WHATS GONE ISNT ALWAYS GONE...

Today's been a great day so far except for the work thats still on my table... And a few shocking moves that makes me think this class is going to be the way it was, united and strong.. =D

Lots and Lots of things have been happening since thursday... let me go about with the stuff in no particular order =D

FIRSTLY! BOWLING BBQ! =D(saturday last week)










these are the people who made bowling life so fun the past year!.. =D it was great to hang out with them playing poker with rock and stones and leaves(p.s i got second okay!) and losing a dollar in blackjack LOL..not forgetting carrying the super "lightweight" kleff to the pool which was miles away(next day muscle ache xD).. marcus and I didnt even eat our eventual 10 bucks worth of food and i remb i caught a sore throat from greg and marc.. xD great fun!

FATHERS DAY!(sunday)

had a fathers day dinner at imperial herbal after church last sunday.. it was great to show my dad the video we made as well at home, he was so touched i could see he was even close to tears.. its been great having such a caring, concerned father.. someone who i can turn to in times of hardships for an advice.. thank you dad!

CAMP ASPIRE!
had camp Aspire from tuesday to thursay.. and yes, it was a tormenting camp, mentally that is... me and liang kui wanted to just give up halfway with an excuse to go home which we so wanted to do after first day but we persevered and it was a great learning exprience especially the first day on leadership theories, gave me a wakeup call on my leadership style.. made some great friends in my group, though i still miss last years group 10 so much, cos we had so much of a bond and friendship within the group, the goupmates this year were great as well... linda- the water tank, nurul- the ultimate enthu character, Liang Kui- gay taekwondo boy, Joseph- the dude who always laughs, Adam- the guy who brings all the random crap, Joelyn- the penguin girl, Chermel- the interested in gay antics girl.. HAHHA! it was great having you fella's as team mates.. =D

CHALET










straight after camp, i headed to chalet in pasir ris costa sands.. with my family.. it was supposed to be all the staff in my mums office bbq chalet but we ended up staying for one night and then bbq after.. was great eating all the great bbq food,also playing murder and bluff with my cousins and bowling at orchid bowl with the house ball and still getting 123 =D.. hahah!

OKAY IM DEAD TIRED COS I STAYED UP LAST NIGHT TILL 5AM TO DO WORK AND WOKE UP AT 7AM TO PLAY BBALL WITH MY FAMILY... i still have so much work, what to do!... the pile is still staring at me blankly at the table, im so tired that all i can do is stare back.. LOL...

I have been seeing Yourong everwhere these few weeks.. lol.. on the mrt in the tuition centre.. YOURONG STOP STALKING ME LAH!.. hahaha... looking stressed with your jc life, study hard man =D

The weekdays have been going on so well!... going out a lot lately and I'm kinda feeling bad about it.. my pocket is draining dry and i think i only have myself to blame... It's been all fun and little or no studying at all.. I know, what have I been doing this whole holidays.. lol

Chem consultation got a last minute cancelation which left me time for a little celebratory dance as well as an outing with the YF'ers today.. Ive known these people since i was in primary and school and they are great friends to me... we met at macs for lunch then headed down to superbowl to play pool, 4 hours of pool to be exact.. ive never played pool for so many hours in my life before.. its tiring stuff i tell you.. though i was on a tyco streak for so many shots, even the 5 consecutive ball killer.. ;) we spent 50 bucks on pool, lucky there were 5 of us to share the cost..i thought finally getting to hang out with amos, jm,steph, sam and py was darn fun.. tried a few block the ball from getting into the hole tactics with steph and i eventually won.. LMAO!.. =D then it was sinful nation in Newyork newyork.. and there goes my precious money.. =( its slowly draining bit by bit.. damn....FUN DAY I HAVE TO ADMIT!... =D

Needless to say.. I have zilch done for holiday assignments.. and only a few days left to complete it, considering 3 days of next week gone cos of camp Aspire!.. I'm gonna start mission impossible 4 tonight.. completing all the holiday homework in a matter of hours!... ill try my best but this mission looks pretty grim..

I'm back to reading sappy love romance story of the finaly book of the twilight series.. Breaking Dawn.. i think i really like this kind of novels, but after a while it just gets a little too boring, cos the girl always forgives the handsome fella...

BOTTLE TREE PARK!

BOTTLE TREE PARK!.. its this park really near khathib and yishun that is deep within the small roads of yishun where you can go prawning and "longkang" fishing.. our family decided to head there on saturday and had so much fun longkang fishing!!...you have to experience it to believe it.. supposed to be for kids 16 and under.. but well alot of parents were helping their kids, so me and my mum decided to join in the guppy catching action as well!.. hahaha.. the fishes were darn fast believe me.. me and my brother caught round 20 fishes and my sister caught 25 in two seperate tanks.. =DD... IT WAS ONE HECK OF A WORKOUT.. i think i burned all my calories trying to catch those crafty guppies!... now theres only 11 survivors in my tank... and 9 in my sisters.. they die like freedom reigns i tell you.. LOL..

i never really never had that much fun in ages.. catching fish with the top of a tank cover.. damn that was fun!.. xD like a deprived boy trying to catch those quick small and fast fishies.. hahah..

I think its meaningful, when you wonder about the minute things in life and realise things you havent done before.. the kindness in singaporeans that bring a smile on your face.. the joy kids get when they get something they've been eyeing for so long.. when you plunge into water and for a moment think you're drowning.. or even the dew on a lotus leaf.. the wonders.. those little wonders.. =D

we the sweet 1s26 classmates of chan jiaxin, planned a surprise shocking dynamic birthday surprise for jiaxin on her 18th birthday two days ago, now that its already past 12.. =D tegoeh and pet came my house before for some "planning" which was great fun cos when we come together all we do is COL! (crap out loud)... we met sam at the mrt and planned to surpirse her at the playground near her void deck... so we waited and waited, and the candle melted and melted.. LOL.. got a little scald on my hand, but i hope she liked the collage we made for her and the bad and the cake.. =DD HAPPY 18TH JIAXIN!

met up with ed and roh for some improptu shopping at the factory discout outlet at wingtai... bought a brown long sleeve G2000 shirt for guess how much?? 13 bucks!!WOOO.. and blue grey long pants for guess how much?? 13 bucks too!!.. insane discounts i tell you.. 80 percent!!.. =DD then it was dinner and off to church where i learnt a lot a lot i tell you.. about different religions and their comparison to chrsitianity... its meaningful because it only extends your general knowledge, it also sheds a new light on things i dont know at all... =D

These few days have been great,especially during the holday trainings.. ive improved by leaps and bounds and coach is teaching me a lot of techniques to keep my ball consistent.. and out of 10 tries, i can strike 4 now!!!.. vastly improved.. im so happy!... i'm really interested in bowling and the passion is always growing stronger... CANT WAIT FOR THE TRAINING JERSEYS TO ARRIVE =))
